I have read more time-saving tips and ideas that I have had hot dinners! Some are very sensible and useful and others would have you multitasking from dawn until dusk . . . .
One of the most useful tips I have found is to carryout regular post mortems on your business. This doesn’t mean that your business is about to die so is probably a slightly dramatic description! All it really means is that every time you carry out a task or complete a project spend a bit of time thinking about how you could have done it better/faster/cheaper etc. Make a note of your thoughts and then next time, take a quick glance at your notes before you begin – Forewarned is forearmed and all that . . . . .
